BLAC organizes advocacy meetings and sensitization campaigns to influence policy changes. The organization drives initiatives aimed at achieving social inclusion, deepening democratic ethos, and promoting good governance.

The organization conducts training for caregivers covering food production, business strategies, and the prevention of STIs/AIDS. BLAC delivers specialized capacity-building programs focused on Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) for affected populations.
