Our Structure

Better Leven Advancement Centre (BLAC) operates under a robust administrative and governance framework designed to maximize accountability and operational efficiency. The organization is governed by a seven-member Board of Trustees responsible for strategic policy formulation and advisory guidance. Our day-to-day operations are driven by a dedicated executive and programmatic team, all guided by comprehensive internal policies, a personnel guide, and an organizational constitution that explicitly defines roles and responsibilities across all cadres.
